These earrings are  meticulously made in sterling silver by Jennifer Boyd, of Salt Lake City, UT. She hand cuts a ring of sterling silver  and hangs from them a tiny turquoise beas.   Earrings are about 1 1/2" in length and hang from sterling silver ear wires.
