The woods in this mirror are what make it distinctive. Ambrosia maple with its raw edge has distinctive dots marking where bugs have travelled through, and figured black lines -spalting, a trace of rot. The frame is cherry. It was made by Pat Reagan of Chassell, Mchigan, part-way up the Keweenaw Peninsula in the upper peninsula. He does wonderful woodwork with the most beautiful woods and stone. The mirror measures 21" tall by 14 1/4" wide.
