The woods in this mirror are what make it distinctive. The frame is spanish cedar and cherry with a beautiful piece of spalted maple with the figured black lines - spalting, a trace of rot. It was made by Pat Reagan of Chassell, Mchigan, part-way up the Keweenaw Peninsula in the upper peninsula. He does wonderful woodwork, from furniture to mirrors with the most beautiful woods, and sometimes stone. The mirror measures 18 3/4" tall by 18 1/2" wide.
