These little bicycles are made by John Baas, from the very small town of Falmouth, not far from us in Northern Michigan. John taps his metal and welding skills learned as a dairy farmer. Now that he is retiring, he has more time to ride... and to make bicycles. All in copper, the bicycles are available in 2 sizes: the smaller ones are almost 7" long and 4" tall. Larger version is 11 1/2" long and just under 7" tall. Choose the size below. He makes a few models for different speeds. Here is the upright model, and there is also a racing bicycle, and a bike with a basket (for short trips around town!) Note: bicycle seats are often in a bright shiny red copper now).
