Classic Applique Skirt-Zinnia: Blues

Our three layer skirts are made with high quality, up-cycled t-shirts. The solid colored top layer has two complimentary colored layers at the bottom. The 24" length hits just above the knee making this a classic for the office yet soft and super comfortable for the weekends.
