Freshwater pearl coin rings with half dollars or Barber quarters.  Each ring is custom made with a variation of natural stones & freshwater pearls and a Barber Quarter for the ring base.  

Barber Quarter (90% silver) used for sizes 5-9. Dimension varies based on coin and stone size.
